One year ago today we lost a very dear friend that we think of EVERY day! We stopped by the cemetery to just spend a few moments of reflection, and to see the headstone. We truly miss you Bill!

Spent the evening with my God-Daughter and her boys... what a hoot these too are... they had me giggling all night long. I don't know what possessed me to draw on them, but they were game... a couple a HAM and CHEESE!

I am so excited! This weekend I spent a good amount of time creating my first ETSY store. Etsy.com is a community of artists (and the like) who sell their work online. Quit Bugging Me

My husband was taking out the trash and discovered this little creature and all his/her beauty...Playing with the hue, I can change this little bugs coloring... cool!

'83 Honda Shadow 500

Well, we did it! We bit the bullet and had my motorcycle fixed! Today I am going to the county to get it tagged so we can legally ride it around (and save money on gas!!!).

It really is a cute little bike - my first and only. It looks like a little Harley Davidson - but without the noise (Thank God!).

An American Songwriter

I had a "headshot" session with Kyle Brooks on Sunday morning - an up and coming Singer/Songwriter.

We met at the Parthenon in Nashville to shoot and leave one of our cars there while we took a little adventure downtown. The session turned into what I call a "photo excursion" (three hours). He brought a friend who actually was a nice help creatively and as an extra pair of hands... she wanted to see how a shoot like this would be (for herself). I ended up with 164 proof shots - Kyle picked out 51 of the shots that he really likes... I love it when someone really likes what I have created for them - it makes my heart SING!
