I was invited to attend a "Change of Command" ceremony for my childhood friend Major Alfred Navarro at Fort Campbell, KY. I also was the Official Photographer for the event - with clearance and all - an interesting experience in a military atmosphere. As a side note, this was my first time on the Fort Campbell Army Post - it is HUGE! It's like a world within a world - they even have their own Burger King!
My husband and I stayed to visit the museum on base... it was amazing! We saw artifacts from Hitler's private home. Wow!
